All information pertaining to an individual member is held for administrative purposes and will not be disclosed to 3rd parties without the explicit consent of the individual concerned, except
- when required to by law
- to Institute of Advanced Motorists Ltd for administrative purposes
- to other current members of NWAM to facilitate and encourage contact between the membership
Any member not wishing information held being passed on to either the IAM or the NWAM membership, should put their objections in writing to the Membership Secretary.
In order to maintain up to date records, the information held on an individual will be provided to that individual, free of charge, on an annual basis (during the membership renewal process) or upon receipt of a written request.
